重要な技術的利点
Reverse-Acting Mechanism: The ETR is distinguished by its internal architecture where the valve plug opens when the stem is pushed downward. This is a critical mechanical feature for achieving specific fail-safe positions (fail-open or fail-close) depending on the pneumatic actuator type and control signal logic used in the plant.
Balanced Plug for High Temperatures: Like the standard ET, the ETR uses a balanced plug to equalize process pressure. This design minimizes the actuator force required to modulate the valve, allowing for precise control of hot, high-pressure fluids with smaller, more efficient actuators.
Superior Shutoff Integrity: The ETR can provide up to Class V or VI shutoff. This is achieved through a specialized seal ring system—often spring-loaded—that maintains constant contact with the cage, combined with a seat design that protects a PTFE disk under controlled compression.
Rugged Cage-Guided Stability: The valve plug is fully supported by a heavy-duty cage. This robust guiding system ensures high stability and significantly reduces the vibration and mechanical noise associated with high-velocity flows, extending the service life of the trim.
Fugitive Emission Control: The ETR is fully compatible with ENVIRO-SEAL™ packing systems. These live-loaded PTFE or Graphite ULF systems provide an enhanced stem seal that prevents the loss of process fluid and reduces the need for frequent packing maintenance.
NACE and Global Compliance: Materials are available to meet NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 and MR0103 standards for sour service. Additionally, the valve can be supplied with dimensions and ratings that satisfy EN/DIN industrial standards.
