High-Capacity Flow Design: Through the application of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic design principles, the EHAT achieves 30% to 40% higher capacity than conventional valves of comparable size. This allows for smaller valve bodies to handle high-volume high-pressure flows.

Balanced Plug Stability: The balanced plug architecture equalizes process pressure across the trim. This drastically reduces the actuator thrust required to modulate the valve, allowing for smoother, high-precision control even at extreme pressure differentials.

Intermediate Pressure Ratings: With buttwelding end connections and non-destructive testing, the EHAT can conform to ASME Intermediate Special Ratings. This allows for safe operation at pressure/temperature levels that exceed standard Class 2500 ratings.

Precise Low-Flow Control: For applications requiring modulation of very low flow rates, the EHAT is available with Micro-Form or Micro-Flute valve plugs, providing excellent rangeability and protecting against “wiredrawing” erosion at small openings.
