NACE Compliance for Harsh Environments: This valve is a standard solution for sour gas and corrosive applications. Its materials and construction typically comply with NACE MR0175-2002, with options available to meet updated NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 and MR0103 standards for stress-cracking resistance.
Rugged Cage Guiding: The valve plug is supported by a robust cage that provides continuous guiding. This mechanical stability significantly reduces vibration and mechanical noise, which is vital for maintaining the longevity of the trim in high-pressure drop scenarios.
Advanced Emission Control: To minimize process fluid loss and meet environmental mandates, the ES is compatible with ENVIRO-SEAL™ packing systems. These systems utilize live-loaded PTFE or Graphite ULF packing to provide a consistent, long-lasting stem seal with reduced maintenance requirements.
