Technical Characteristics and hygienic Design
-
Ultra-Compact Footprint: The FDR16 is designed for applications with difficult-to-access or restricted installation conditions. Its small size makes it ideal for small-scale machinery, narrow conduits, and compact filling lines.
-
Superior Protection and Hygiene: This is the first microwave barrier to achieve the IP69 protection classification, meaning it can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. It also meets the requirements of EU 1935/2004 for food contact materials.
-
Non-Invasive Measurement: Like its larger counterparts, the FDR16 can “see” through non-metallic materials such as plastic, glass, or ceramic. This allows for point level detection from the outside of a container, maintaining process integrity.
-
Intelligent Self-Diagnosis: To ensure high process security, the device features permanent self-diagnosis and a full self-test function, alerting the system immediately if the barrier’s performance is compromised.
-
Robust Stainless Steel Construction: The entire housing is made of high-grade stainless steel, ensuring a wear-free and maintenance-free life cycle even when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive environments.

Asosiy ilovalar
-
Food and Beverage Industry: Point level detection in small hoppers or pipes for ingredients like flour, sugar, or liquids, where hygienic washdown is required.
-
Piece Goods Counting: High-speed detection and counting of small objects, boxes, or bottles on conveyor belts.
-
Overflow and Dry Run Protection: Acting as a safety switch in small tanks or pump lines to prevent equipment damage or material waste.
-
Pharmaceutical Packaging: Detecting the presence of blister packs or small vials in automated packaging machinery.
-
Confined Fall Shafts: Monitoring for blockages in narrow chutes where traditional sensors are too large to be mounted.
