The internal wetted tubes are constructed from Nickel Alloy C22, which offers superior protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking from aggressive catalysts or inhibitors. The process connections are 316L Stainless Steel, ensuring a robust and industry-compatible interface for standard piping systems.
Signature ELITE Sensitivity and Stability Even with the thicker tube walls required for high-pressure service, the CMFS100P maintains the ELITE series’ signature sensitivity. Its unique sensor geometry provides a highly stable zero point, which is essential for ensuring repeatable mass flow and density measurement across a wide range of process conditions and high turndown ratios.
Real-Time Assurance with Smart Meter Verification (SMV) Operational confidence is maintained through Smart Meter Verification (SMV). This onboard diagnostic tool allows operators to verify the structural and electronic health of the meter in under 90 seconds while the process is flowing. This is particularly vital in high-pressure installations where removing a meter for calibration is a high-risk and labor-intensive operation.
Enhanced Case Safety and Containment To meet the safety requirements of high-pressure installations, the CMFS100P can be equipped with specialized safety features such as rupture disks or purge fittings. These features protect personnel and the surrounding environment by providing a controlled relief path for pressure in the rare event of a primary sensor tube breach.
