Superior Gasket Technology: To maintain a reliable pressure boundary under extreme conditions, the HPS features premium spiral-wound gaskets. Wear-Resistant Hardened Trim: Hardened stainless steel is standard for the cage, valve plug, and other critical trim components. This provides exceptional resistance to erosion and “wiredrawing,” extending the service life of the valve in high-velocity services.
Top-Entry Maintenance: The HPS features “Quick Change Trim,” allowing technicians to remove all internal parts from the top of the valve using common tools. This can be done without removing the valve body from the pipeline, significantly reducing labor and downtime.
